Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

Outbound and Inbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.

Sales Pitch and Product Knowledge:

• Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the customer's needs.
• Stay updated on product offerings, features, pricing, and promotions.
• Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and credibility.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collect feedback and provide after-sales support when necessary.

Sales Targets:

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services.

Database Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM systems.
• Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

Market Intelligence:

• Gather insights about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• A pleasant and confident telephone voice.
• Multitasking and time-management abilities.
