Key Responsibilities Creative Leadership & Team Management7+ years in creative leadership, content strategy, or business development roles with a proven track record of successful proposals, campaigns, and client engagement.
Presentation Expertise:Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns, proposals, and client presentations.
Strategic Mindset:Ability to translate business goals into actionable creative content that drives results.
Collaboration:Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Research teams.
Skills:PowerPoint, SEO writing, digital content strategy and data-driven.
Tools:
Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, other relevant software for visual material production and familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Industry Knowledge:Experience in BPO or familiarity with sectors like technology, telecom, healthcare, or finance is a plus.
Business Development:Experience leading high-level business development initiatives, including proposal management and client relationship building.
Go to Market:Strong understanding of sales processes, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and content-driven business growth.
