Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and conduct first-round interviews for non-technical positions.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations during the entire recruitment cycle.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in HR Generalist Activities or related field (HR Administration & Employee Relations).
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Strong understanding of HR operations including talent acquisition processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
