Mis Executive And Sales Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales databases with accurate data.
• Gather and consolidate sales data from various sources (CRM, sales teams, etc.).
• Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
• Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, forecasts, and trends.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales MIS, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, macros, etc.)
