Role & responsibilities

Strategic IT & SAP Leadership:

• Develop and execute the IT & SAP roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Ensure IT governance, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for business advantage.

SAP Implementation & Management:

• Oversee the implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA or

other ERP systems.

• Manage SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PS module to ensuring

seamless integration with business processes.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to define SAP requirements and

enhancements.

• Ensure proper data management, reporting, and analytics using SAP BI/BO

tools.

• Lead SAP support, user training, and change management initiatives.

IT Infrastructure & Security:

• Oversee IT infrastructure, including cloud solutions, networks, servers, and

cybersecurity.

• Ensure robust IT security policies and disaster recovery plans.
• Manage vendor relationships for IT services, hardware, and software

procurement.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT and SAP teams to enhance performance and

productivity.

• Collaborate with key business functions (Finance, Operations, Project team,

and Supply Chain) to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.

• Manage IT budgets, project timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Innovation & Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for automation, AI/ML, and IoT integration.
• Optimize business processes through IT-driven solutions and SAP

enhancements.

• Lead IT & SAP projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a

related field. MBA preferred.

• Experience: 20+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 15 years in SAP

implementation and management.

• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, SAP certifications (S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PS

etc.) preferred.

Skills

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and cloud-based ERP

solutions.

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing large-scale IT and SAP projects.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
