Data Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Specialist to manage and enhance data flow processes between Anaplan and various source systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data integration frameworks, proficiency in tools like Anaplan Connect, and the ability to design and implement robust data pipelines tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Integration Design & Implementation:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions between Anaplan and other systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, PowerBI, AWS Data Lake, HRMS, and Sharepoint etc) on AWS cloud
• Implement automated workflows for importing, exporting, and synchronizing data with Anaplan.

Integration Tools Management:

• Configure and manage integration tools such as Anaplan Connect, SAP CPI, MuleSoft, or custom APIs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration pipelines to ensure smooth operations.

Data Quality & Validation:

• Develop and enforce data quality checks and validation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in Anaplan models.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with Anaplan model builders, architects, and business teams to understand data requirements.
• Provide input on data structure and mapping to support scalable Anaplan models.

Governance & Security:

• Implement data governance frameworks and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Define access controls and permissions for integration workflows.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize integration processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Address performance bottlenecks in data flows to improve overall system performance.

Documentation & Training:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related roles.
• Proven experience with Anaplan integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect, MuleSoft, CPI, Snaplogic).
• Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines and enterprise systems like SAP, Zoho, or AWS datalek .

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data transformation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Shell scripting).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML for custom integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with data modeling and performance tuning.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
