EarnIn s Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Bengaluru, India based Technical Recruiter to help expand our growing center of excellence in the region. This position will focus on hiring technical talent for our Bengaluru office and will partner closely with our local engineering teams. The role will involve sourcing and closing talent while building defined hiring strategies and robust pipelines. It will be important to be able to operate with efficiency within our TA systems, following all processes/policies and compliance regulations while being a source of knowledge for the team on hiring in the hiring market. A deep understanding of the technical talent market in India is critical as are strong skills in sourcing and closing Senior level technical talent. Our salary ranges and benefits are dependent upon role, level, and location.
WHAT YOULL DO
Source technical talent from a variety of tools with a strong emphasis on both quality and quantity
Build repeatable and strong candidate pipelines of technical talent (primarily focused on engineering) for several positions concurrently
Be an SME for hiring technical talent in our Bangkok and India offices within the APAC region
Define hiring strategy for both individual roles and the region
Partner closely with technical leadership to provide updates and strategy
Organize hiring and networking events for talent as needed
Provide an exceptional candidate experience for external talent and a high level of customer service for internal stakeholders
Successfully close and onboard talent to EarnIn
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive Engineering candidates in both Thailand and India
Significant experience developing strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies
Fluency in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and 3P tools (IE, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.)
A data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage recruiting systems
Knowledge of the talent market in India and how to build pipeline within it
Strong project management skills and experience building, refining, and iterating on recruiting processes
Experience building solid relationships with executives and talent
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Experience hiring for US-based companies in India is a plus
