POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Earnings platform, with a strong emphasis on integrating Machine Learning (ML) solutions to enhance user experience and drive product innovation. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to build scalable, data-driven solutions that support real-time earnings access to our customer

This position will be a hybrid from our Bengaluru office as part of our expanding site location

WHAT YOULL DO

Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Earnings platform, ensuring it leverages ML to deliver innovative and impactful solutions for users.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and financial experts to build and optimize earnings-related features that enhance user engagement and financial well-being.
Customer-Centric Solutions: Ensure the earnings platform delivers seamless, intuitive, and personalized experiences that empower users to access and manage their earnings in real-time.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data insights and ML-driven analytics to optimize product features, predict usage patterns, and continuously improve the product s performance and impact.
Scalability & Innovation: Build and enhance the underlying infrastructure to support large-scale earnings system, while identifying new opportunities to apply ML for predictive insights.
Leadership & Mentorship: Guide cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative and innovative environment, and mentor team members in applying data and ML to solve complex problems.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on data-driven products, financial services, or fintech solutions.
Experience in integrating Machine Learning models into product features, with a strong understanding of ML frameworks and tools.
Strong technical background in ML, data analytics, or working with data science teams to deliver high-impact, personalized product experiences.
Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale products, ideally in the fintech industry.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and ML insights to drive product decisions and optimize user outcomes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with engineering and data science to deliver scalable solutions.
Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial services is a plus
