Executive - Sales - FMCG (0-1 yrs)

- Candidates freshers holding diploma in Food Technology are welcome for Sales Freshers for the sale of Dry Food products like Namkeen, Biscuits, Confectioneries, Chocolates and Raw materials.

- Those freshers who are willing for this opportunity may apply.

- Salary would be between 15k to 18k.

- We need candidates for Vasundhara, Kavi Nagar, Raj Nagar, Nandgram, Sihani, Shaid Nagar, Vijay Nagar locations.

- Tracking performance and sales targets of all field sale staff including SO, ASM, RSM through Bizom and making regular calls to distributors.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the backend sales team.

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams and regularly monitor and report on their performance.

- Managing entire customer life cycle, by managing all task from customer onboarding, order booking, billing, to dispatch and continuous customer service.
