Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, maintain proper SKU-wise inventory tracking, and efficiently manage our inventory management system (IMS). Candidates must have a strong understanding of the e-commerce business and a proven track record in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly stock counts and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain precise SKU-wise stock records and ensure data accuracy in the IMS.
• Operate the Inventory Management System (IMS) proficiently and train team members as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and provide real-time updates on stock availability for each SKU.
• Arrange and coordinate labor for inventory counts as required.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, implementing corrective actions to prevent errors.
• Develop and implement best practices for inventory control and regular stock audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.
• Generate detailed inventory reports and insights for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce business operations and inventory workflows.
• Proficiency in using Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and related tools.
• Expertise in SKU-wise inventory tracking and record maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other inventory-related software/tools.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team of laborers during inventory counts.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in supply chain management, inventory control, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory management in high-volume e-commerce businesses.
