Key skills for the job
Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews, and selection of candidates.
Manage end-to-end onboarding process and joining formalities for new hires.
Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Provide support for various HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations.
Utilize advanced Excel for generating reports, tracking data, and analyzing HR metrics.
Conduct branch visits (once or twice a month) to different locations across Gujarat for HR-related activities, employee engagement, and recruitment needs.
Assist in other HR initiatives and projects as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to travel within Gujarat for branch visits.
