We are Eagle Group of Companies, a leading supplier of lighting, furniture, and flooring to the hospitality industry in the USA. Were looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to manage cold email outreach, lead generation, and Apollo.io campaigns to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage & optimize cold email outreach using Apollo.io.✅ Extract, refine & verify lead lists to improve email deliverability.✅ Set up a custom tracking subdomain to protect sender reputation.✅ Write high-converting email sequences with personalization & A/B testing.✅ Monitor & analyze email metrics (open rates, CTR, reply rates).✅ Ensure compliance with email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).✅ Coordinate with sales teams to refine messaging based on response rates.✅ Integrate email campaigns with CRM & LinkedIn outreach.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ 1+ years of experience in B2B email marketing & lead generation.✔ Hands-on experience with Apollo.io (or similar tools: Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead).✔ Strong email copywriting skills – crafting persuasive cold emails.✔ Technical knowledge of DNS settings, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup.✔ Experience in LinkedIn outreach & CRM integration (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).✔ Data-driven approach – ability to optimize email performance.✔ Experience in hospitality, lighting, furniture, or flooring industry is a plus.
