As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our email marketing strategies across various channels. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving engagement, nurturing leads, and maximizing conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies tailored to our target audience and business objectives.
• Take the complete ownership of permission-based email, cold/mass email, transactional email systems.
• Create and maintain an email calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication with our subscribers and customers.
• Utilize B2B sales intelligence tools such as Apollo.io and Brevo to enhance targeting and segmentation for email campaigns.
• Ensure email authentication and deliverability best practices are followed to optimize inbox placement and minimize spam filters.
• Drive mailing list growth through effective acquisition and retention strategies, including lead magnets, opt-in, double opt-in forms, and subscriber incentives.
• Implement transactional email campaigns to deliver personalized and timely communications based on user actions and behaviours.
• Design and automate lead nurturing sequences and marketing funnel email campaigns to guide prospects through the buyers journey.
• Implement sales funnel email automation to support sales initiatives and drive revenue generation.
• Utilize CRM email automation tools to streamline email workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Comply strictly with international privacy laws such as the GDPR, PECR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM etc.
• Monitor and analyse email performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on strategy development, automation, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of permission-based as well as cold/mass email marketing principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in utilizing email marketing platforms such as Get Response, SendGrid, Constant Contact, and Mailchimp.
• Hands-on experience with internal as well as external business email communications, including newsletters and company announcements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, error-free communications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidates with experience in the IT/Software industry are preferred.
