Horrible experience in my 13 yrs career. The directors who takes interview will show u stars and moon but once u enter the org ur life is theirs ... No work life balance, no value for Indians no value for ur feedback. If ur giving straight answer to ur manager then forget ur yearly appraisal u will not get any Hike.
