Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design graphics for various digital and print marketing materials, including websites,

social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and ads.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement design strategies that

align with the company's branding.

• Develop fresh and innovative design concepts while maintaining consistency across all digital

platforms.

• Prepare and deliver design files in the appropriate formats for both print and online use.
• Work with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless

integration of designs.

• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos for use in various marketing campaigns.
• Create wireframes and prototypes for web and app design as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a robust portfolio highlighting your design

expertise across various platforms (print, digital, social media, etc.).

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other

relevant design tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Experience with UI/UX design principles and web design.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting

deadlines.

• A creative mindset and passion for design, with a strong desire for continuous learning and

improvement.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional

teams.

• A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
