The role of an eLearning Developer is ensuring timely and efficient design and development of eLearning materials for customers/stakeholders. You will be expected to create new eLearning and/or improve/update/rebrand existing eLearning based on content and storyboard. You are also expected to make the eLearning more visually engaging and interesting by adding / incorporating / representing content in the form of graphics/infographics/icons, animations, audio-video and interactivity. Your skill set should include experience and proficiency in transforming a storyboard into an engaging, technically accurate and visually appealing eLearning.
You are expected to have a high level of conceptual ability with efficient methodology to be able to redefine design within the constraints of cost and time. You need to be excited by the prospect of pushing learning and design in new directions. You should be able to manage your time effectively to be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once in the most efficient manner. You are detail oriented, and nothing gets overlooked when it comes to you. You will be required to take full ownership of a job, its deliverables and related communication.

What we expect from you:Key Responsibilities:
As an eLearning Developer , you are expected to take up following responsibilities.
- Understanding the target audience, learning objectives, and desired outcomes.
- Selecting appropriate teaching methods and techniques to facilitate learning, if needed
- Using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, RISE and others) to create interactive eLearning, following the approved storyboard.
- Incorporating multimedia elements (e.g., images, videos, audio) to enhance learning.
- Resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth functionality of eLearning courses.
- Creating user-friendly interfaces that are intuitive and easy to navigate.
- Ensuring that eLearning courses are accessible to learners with disabilities.
- Designing visually appealing and consistent layouts.
- Working effectively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other team members.
- Conducting quality checks and functional testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of eLearning courses.

Knowledge & Skills requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Animation/Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as eLearning Design and developer
- Advance proficiency in following tools:
- Articulate Storyline 360
- Articulate RISE 360
- Adobe Creative Suit
- Ability to learn eLearning tools quickly, as and when needed
- Excellent design and visualization skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on various project simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Be digitally savvy and well versed with advanced design processes.
- Ability to design and develop of all types of screens (static to complex interactive screens).
- Be aware and knowledgeable of variables and triggers to achieve functionality for rapid tools such as Storyline 360 etc.
- Create custom UI and custom interactions.
- Have knowledge of Accessibility Compliance (with respect to the tool).
Experience requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in, preferably in global corporate environment
- Experience in branding and communication related works will be an advantage.
- Understanding about UX, instructional design and information design is preferred.
- Experience in publishing eLearning content on an LMS is preferred.
