Responsibilities
• Training Content Design & Development: Implement universal design principles for Learning to develop training modules.
• Develop storyboards for developing e-learning and web-based content. Review and proofread training materials for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Review content and update it to meet instructional design standards (adding objectives, checking plagiarism, adding interactivity etc.)
• Support LMS administration, including but not limited to resolving service desk tickets,
maintaining course versions for multiple clients on the LMS etc.
• Must work with Graphic Designers in the development of Graphics, Animations etc.
• Research: Conducting research on Health & Safety related topics for training content
development. Research new innovations in both learning design and education and incorporate the new learnings into the training modules.
• Will be involved in Newsletter creation, Facebook taglines generation, Video description and
Media Browser creation.
• Must be able to apply various Instructional strategies, models, and theories to create
instructionally sound content.
• Create educational podcasts, videos, and develop marketing materials, i.e., posters, flyers, etc.
• Monitor the feedback from the training and implement feedback to the training modules.
• Conduct thorough research, boast good analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
• Manage the continuous improvement of the current design model, including identifying training needs of the team, propose training initiatives to address these needs etc.
• Strategize with leadership to continuously improve/customize existing programs and courses. Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience working with e-learning development tools and technology.
• Excellent knowledge in e-learning creation tools Articulate, Adobe Captivate
• Working knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud. (i.e., Animate (Flash), Photoshop, Illustrator,
Audition, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Presenter and more)
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite One drive, Share point, Office tools.
• Basic knowledge in 3D software & Rendering Engines (i.e., 3D Max, Sketch-up, Poser, etc.)
• Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ActionScript.
• Basic knowledge in designing posters, website, and flyers for internal/external use.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Creative and enthusiastic about learning new products and techniques.
Preferred
• Experience in SCORM or AICC compliant training creation.
• Experience in working with Learning Management System software.
• Experience in creating artwork for classroom training content, manuals and reports.
• Video Editing and special effects.
• Sound and music creation.
Travel
Based on business needs.
