Job Overview:


We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving business growth and ensuring smooth sales operations. This position plays a key role in facilitating communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing and processing sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Order Management: Ensure accurate entry of sales orders into the system and track orders through to delivery.
  • Sales Data Management: Maintain and update sales records, including client details, quotes, and order status.
  • Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, track progress toward targets, and help with sales forecasts.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Sales Administration: Coordinate sales meetings, events, and promotional activities, and assist with presentations or other materials as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
