We are seeking a friendly, professional, and multilingual Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound inquiries for our exclusive glamping festival.
This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring a positive experience for potential and confirmed attendees.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, providing event details, resolving queries, assisting with bookings, and catering to a diverse audience by communicating effectively in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and emails from potential attendees, offering detailed information about the glamping festival, packages, schedules and other relevant details.
2. Respond promptly and professionally to queries, engaging customer experience.
3. Guide customers through booking options, pricing and payment processes.
4. Build a relationship with callers by addressing their specific needs and providing personalized recommendations.
5. Upsell and cross-sell available packages, upgrades and add-on services.
6. Follow-up on inquiries to assist in decision making and encourage booking.
7. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, calls, booking in CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share feedback and improve customer engagement strategies.
9. Send confirmations, reminders, and updates to customers post-booking.
10. Provide event-related information to tourists in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or tele sales is preferred.
2. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi (spoken).
3. Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, engaging, and persuasive tone.
4. Strong listening skills to identify customer needs and concerns effectively.
5. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems for managing leads and records.
7. Problem-solving mindset to handle inquiries and resolve concerns confidently
