E Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
• Create and manage digital sales roadmaps
• Monitor and forecast e-commerce performance metrics

2. Website and Platform Management

• Oversee the company's e-commerce website and online sales platforms
• Ensure seamless user experience and intuitive navigation
• Collaborate with web development and design teams to implement site improvements
• Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory integrations

3.Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition

• Manage social media and email marketing initiatives
• Track and analyse digital marketing performance and ROI

4. Customer Experience

• Develop strategies to improve online customer journey and conversion rates
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms
• Manage customer service processes for online sales

5. Analytics and Performance Optimization

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost
• Use data analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven decisions
• Prepare regular performance reports for management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
