Job Description:
Were seeking a results-driven e-commerce manager to join our team.
You will lead our e-commerce operations and strategy. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Your tasks
Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing in the online store.
Analyse customer behaviour and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure seamless customer services, high customer satisfaction, and resolve issues quickly.
Track and report e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
E-commerce - Daily operation of Website, Tata Cliq, Ajio and Nykaa orders
Product onboarding and coordinate
Website and e-commerce portal management.
