The E-commerce Cataloguing and Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the product catalogue across various online platforms. The candidate will ensure accurate product listings, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

Product Catalog Management:

Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product listings.

Ensuring product descriptions, images, and specifications are up-to-date and meet company standards.

Regularly auditing the online catalogue to identify and correct discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

Managing out-of-stock situations and implementing solutions to minimize impact on sales.

Operational Support

Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

Analysing sales data and generating reports to support decision-making.

Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to product listings and orders.

Must be good in Advance Ms Excel
