Project Oversight : Supervise and manage civil construction projects from start to completion, ensuring that they meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Team Management : Lead and manage a team of construction workers, laborers, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project. Construction Planning : Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop construction plans, schedules, and budgets. Resource Allocation : Allocate and manage resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution. Quality Assurance : Monitor and inspect construction work to ensure that it adheres to design specifications and quality standards. Safety Compliance : Enforce and maintain safety protocols, ensuring that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Problem Solving : Address and resolve issues, challenges, and obstacles that may arise during construction. Budget Management : Assist in managing project budgets and costs, including cost control and reporting. Contract Management : Ensure that contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers are fulfilled in accordance with agreed terms and conditions. Documentation : Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of work, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
