Dynamic Education Consultants - Career Counselling Role - Sales (0-2 yrs)

Product and Service Knowledge :

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our visa services and educational programs to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective students.

Inbound and Outbound Communication :

- Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up with prospective students, addressing their queries related to study abroad programs and visa applications.

Student Counselling :

- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and others.

Lead Follow-Up and Conversion :

- Regularly follow up with prospective students to address their concerns, keep them engaged, and convert inquiries into successful enrolments.

Facilitate Visa Applications :

- Assist students in completing visa applications, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of all necessary documents.

Reporting and Data Management :

- Submit daily and weekly reports detailing the number of calls made, student enrolments, and other key performance metrics.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination during the enrolment and visa application process.
