Solar Sr. Operation and maintenance

hours and Role & responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the O&M team, ensuring effective communication, task delegation, and performance management.

Provide training to maintenance and operations staff on electrical procedures and safety  protocols.

Manage and motivate the O&M team.Analyze generation data and incidents.Conduct regular site visits.

Respond to faults, communicate with the maintenance team, and coordinate with component manufacturers to troubleshoot and correct faults.

Conduct weekly review meetings with the reporting manager.

Coordinate with Project, Purchase, Account, for service-related issues.

Daily monitoring of inverters and sending regular generation emails.

Generate AMC invoices.

Check bills of expenses, petrol sheets of engineers, and Workers

Work with the O&M team on scheduling cleaning and O&M activities for all sites.

Manage and control the documentation of the service department. Manage all AMC site schedules and execution.

Troubleshoot and repair issues with the solar PV systems. Communicate with clients to ensure the plant operates efficiently. Record and report all faults and deficiencies at the site.

Provide timely written review reports from field operations, status, and constructive

feedback as requested. Respond to emergency call-outs. Track the module cleaning

process. Execute module cleaning work. Provide proper photos and reports on the cleaning

report group. Conduct monthly module cleaning (twice per site).Conduct work with safety

protocols. Along with engineers, complete AMC visits. Have the ability to travel and work on-call during off-shift hour
