We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager - Institutional Sales to join our team in Guwahati. If you have extensive experience in building materials, institutional sales, and strong knowledge of the North East market, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of government & private projects, architects, consultants, and agencies.
• Develop relationships with architects, contractors, government officers, and industrial clients.
• Promote Dynaroof products and ensure their adoption among key stakeholders.
• Manage sales leads, close deals, and ensure timely product approval with government/PSU departments.
• Meet individual sales targets and lead brand promotional activities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through on-time deliveries and support.
• Monitor payment collections and assess market growth potential.

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of experience in institutional sales (building materials).
• Strong experience in the North East market.
• MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
