Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Legal Operations to join our growing Legal team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the legal department, including process improvement, contract management, reporting, and vendor management. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline workflows, and ensure operational efficiency while supporting strategic initiatives for the legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:

Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations.
Identify and execute automation opportunities for routine legal functions.
Manage legal project timelines and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration.

Contract and Document Management:

Maintain and optimize the legal contract management system.
Support the drafting, review, and tracking of legal agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Manage contract lifecycle processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track and analyze key legal and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management on legal department performance.

Vendor and Budget Management:

Manage relationships with external legal vendors and service providers.
Monitor legal department expenses and budget allocations to ensure cost efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Assist in legal risk assessments and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Support governance initiatives, including policy development and compliance audits.
