Job Description:
Infor XA AM resource
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to independently formulate action plans to resolve complex business requirements
Should be able to independently work with stake holders (internal & external) and provide support as per SOW.
Shape and adhere to support standards and ITIL best practices
Should be able to provide required support with very quick TAT.
Must understand and conceptualize applications from both a technical/programming perspective and a business point of view.
Self-motivated and have ability to resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision
The associate possesses working knowledge of the skill, and can actively and independently apply this skill in engagements and projects
Should be flexible to work in shifts and weekends if & when the need arises.
Technical Skill set Required:
Domain Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
Strong understanding of the ERP - Infor XA (previously called Mapics)
AS400/RPGLE/SQL knowledge
Experience in job schedulers available in AS400/iSeries system.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
