Job Description:

Senior/Principal Planning Functional Consultant.:

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the gathering and documenting functional requirements through workshops and interviews

Formulate solution designs based on the functional requirements.

• Lead the build and configuration of EPM solutions based on agreed requirements and solution design.
• Performs quality assurance of solutions being built by consultants.
• Manage and lead a group of customers with a view to growing and improving their EPM solutions
• Mentor and lead other team members during EPM engagements.
• Promote and adhere to best practices of EPM tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and customer facing skills, Facilitate train-the-trainer or end-user training
• Experience in leading implementations of different planning solutions like finance planning, Workforce Planning, Capital Asset planning, Project Financial Planning, Strategic Finance Planning, Sales Planning using Enterprise Planning Solutions in Oracle EPM Planning Cloud.

• Exceptional Understanding of Long-range Planning, What if Analysis, M&A, Divesture, Investment Analysis, Debt Analysis, amortization schedules, Goal Seeking concepts, trend analysis, financial capital structure.
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing, Experience as test manager in testing of Oracle EPM planning application components like Finance, Workforce, Capex, Projects, strategic finance models in Enterprise Planning Cloud.
• Experience in creating deliverables of enterprise planning solutions like Business Requirement documents, Functional Design documents, User manuals, gap analysis. Experience in working in assisting presales, technical proposal will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA/ICWA Finance with 10+ years of experience with 5-6 implementation experience in implementing corporate planning solutions in Oracle EPM Planning Cloud, exceptionally good understanding of - Revenue Planning, Expense Planning, Income statement, Balance Sheet & cashflow Planning, Budget & forecast, rolling forecast, cost allocations methods, scenario planning, Adaptive Intelligent Planning.

Planning Technical Consultant (Implementation& Support).

Essential Job Functions

• Build and configure of EPM Planning solutions based on agreed requirements and solution design.
• System Integration and assistance in User Acceptance testing for Planning application testing.
• Promote and adhere to best practices of Application creation and optimized parameters of an application.
• Expertise in creating Technical Design Document, Admin Manuals, User Manuals as deliverables of an EPM engagements.
• Good communication skills and customer facing skills in driving EPM product demos and poc s
• Good knowledge in Data integration from different sources including direct integration with GL. Should have experience on EPM Integration Agent.
• Write business rules. Should have experience in writing rules using groovy.
• Basic understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning will be an added advantage. Good Understanding for finance planning, workforce planning, project planning, capex planning, custom plan types is required.
• Experience in working end to end Planning Cloud implementation and support projects.
• Good Knowledge in creation of Oracle Planning Application components like Cloud Dimensions, Data management, Smart view, Web Forms, Business Rules, workflow approval, security matrix.
• Ability to create Hyperion Planning applications components (i.e., design number of applications, number of plan types needed given the complexity of the data model, write & maintain automation load rules. calc scripts, business rules, templates, groovy scripts, automation scripts using EPM automate.
• Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
• Maintaining Planning processes; create and maintain end-user web forms; develop and maintain rules based on business needs, enhancements in current application.
• Experience in maintenance of planning applications, migration and backups of EPM Planning applications.

• Exceptional knowledge in creating reports using EPM Reporting tools like Financial Reports/Financial Reporting Studio, smart view reports, Narrative reporting etc.

Qualifications

• BE/BTECH or equivalent with minimum 3-4 implementation experience is required.
• Certification on Oracle Planning will be added advantage.
