• Identity & Access Management main objective is to ensure secure access to DB assets and providing the right access for the right users at the right time. Within I&A, a new enterprise-wide Secrets Management capability will be formed to centrally manage credentials used for machine-to-machine authentication and authorization.
• In your role as IT Application Owner, you will join the new team at the exciting time of introducing the new secrets management capability at Deutsche Bank. You will be mainly responsible for the performance, stability, security, and compliance of a cutting-edge secrets management solution. You work with the software provider and relevant internal technology and control teams to resolve critical issues, and support application teams across the bank in adopting the new secrets management service.

Your key responsibilities

• Engage and manage multiple main stakeholders to ensure regulatory application compliance, smooth operations, and a sound development lifecycle (Including Business, Security, Development, Test (QA), IT Support, Finance, external Vendors and Architecture)
• Ensure the application is compliant with the companies IT policies, based on regulatory requirements
• Be accountable for a high service availability and stability, while continuously managing projects for maintenance or enhancements of the application
• Identifying opportunities to incorporate new technologies/approaches into best practice
• Supporting the bank s audit function in the remediation of audit points and issues in order to reduce risk

Your skills and experience

Skills you ll need

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable qualification
• 5+ years of experience in managing, preferably SaaS and cloud-based, technical solutions with very high availability and stability requirements
• Experience with delivering and operating technical solutions for a financial institution
• Strong understanding of modern technologies, cloud infrastructure, API and web services
• Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders. Ability to create and naturally maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders

Skills that will help you excel

• Highly organized and self-driven worker with strong analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of ITIL Processes (Incident-, Problem-, Change-Management)
• Experience with Incident Management, IT Service Management, DevOps process workflow, Change Management
• Experience with Compliance process (i. e. security monitoring, roadmap compliance, access management-SoD, etc)
• Strong ability to manage unexpected events; control and deal with them quickly and efficiently. When confronted with a problem, you will need to collect information, analyze situation, point out solutions and apply them to solve perfectly in reasonable time
