Job Description Summary
Relationship & Transaction Management team combines Corporate Bank (CB) service units and subsidiary coverage teams (LCC) into one function with an aim to work together globally as one large multi-functional team.
RTM consists of the following business lines SES (Securities Service), TF&L (Trade Finance and Lending), ICM (Institutional Cash Management), CCM (Corporate Cash Management), Implementation and Projects and Processes. Global RTM team brings in different product areas together to drive a client centric approach by region/country, allowing the franchise to service our clients in the best way possible.
The person responsible for this role will need to set /execute vision for the site, build synergies within the Global RTM team, enhance Client experience, and drive continuous improvement. The RTM DIPL Bangalore site Head will lead cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and high-quality delivery support to all the business lines of CB.
Job Description
Strategic Leadership Define and execute the strategic direction and objectives of the platform. People Management Build, Develop, Retain and lead a high performing team of people, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Operational Management Ensuring adherence to the TATs and KPIs Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensuring that the platform set up meets/exceed expectations. Collaborate with Global/Regional teams to align/ standardize process. Continuous Improvement Champion process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology /automation to drive efficiency. Sharing best practices across teams and drive on data to improve Client Experience. Risk and Compliance Ensure compliance with local regulations, organizational policies and manage risk by developing and implementing controls to protect client data/ have proper BCP in place.
Qualifications & Experience
Master s Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Business administration, Strategic management, or a related field.
10 plus years of relevant experience in running/leading such platform set ups/ large diverse teams/with at least 5 years in leadership capacity.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies will be an added advantage.
