Develop templates for user requirements to determine how processes and tools will provide solutions
Maintain and Develop the Common Service Data Model, Standards and Practices, alongside the Data Quality Team.
Analyze existing system and service management tools and specify how data from these tools will be integrated with the Configuration Management tools
Be a CMDB SME
Guide, mentor and train team members
Project Manage new demand through prioritisation, design, development and deployment phases in ServiceNow, whilst managing Stakeholder expectations.
Review team activities to ensure CSI.
Design and conduct training on the CMDB within ServiceNow

Your key responsibilities
Collaborate and Communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation to understand limitations, and therefore opportunities to improve technology, data and processes.
Design, create and maintain a CSDM compliant data strategy required to support the many consumers of Asset and Configuration management data, supporting the future of the bank.
Define technology changes required to ensure sustainable sets of accurate and complete data exist in the CMDB.
Run disciplined governance activities ensuring high quality output, timely execution and transparency.
Collaborate with internal teams to oversee, test and successfully deliver CMDB solutions.
Professionally represent Asset and Configuration Management to internal customers and governance teams.
Create, update and catalogue Documentation to enable Operational stability and sustainability.
Representing the team to other Compliance and Risk Control interfaces such as Group Audit and when required, directly to regulators
Take responsibility for Run the bank Configuration Management processes and operations as required.
Your skills and experience
Must have extensive experience of delivering complex technology and data based solutions within a Global Financial Services firm, or a similar size organisation in a regulated industry.
Experience of using on platform reporting capabilities in ServiceNow
Experience of managing and maintaining a Global CMDB across End User and Data Centre Configuration Items.
Experience in ServiceNow managing Public and Private cloud solutions such as Google Cloud and VMware.
Must have strong technical and architectural skills, demonstrating the ability to deliver sustainable solutions to solve complex problems.
Experience of driving large-scale changes to working practices, with measurable impact to flow and business value.
Experience of working closely and in partnership with senior business technical leadership, and understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, development practices and tooling.
