Job Description
- Owner of end-to-end delivery of key milestone deliverables by adopting a structured methodology to support full adoption.
- Assess the change impact. Conduct impact analysis, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design activities to agree appropriate deliverables.
- Ensure senior stakeholders are communicated with on a timely basis and aligned with programme deliverables.
Your skills and experience
- Good analytical and problem solving experience.
- Demonstration of excellent communication skills, influencing and presentation skills, experience in managing Client relationships to drive change.
- experience in Change Management, Data Analysis and transformation projects.
- Working knowledge of KYC and Client on-boarding processes advantageous.
- ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
