Your key responsibilities

As Senior Business Management Analyst, you will focus on supporting activities, which are mainly centered around ensuring the delivery of our Global COO s responsibilities. In this context, the tasks of the Business Management Analyst are quite diverse and may include (but are not limited to)Manage and maintain HR data within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Configure and customize Workday modules to meet organizational needs.

Develop and generate custom reports using Workday s reporting tools.

Connect Qlik Sense to various data sources, including Workday, to gather and integrate data.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Qlik Sense to present data insights.

Perform data analysis in Qlik Sense to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
