Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable front-end architectures.
  
• React.js Expertise: Leverage hands-on experience with React.js to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Micro Front-End Architecture: Develop and integrate modular front-end components to enhance scalability.
  
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  
• Functional to Technical Mapping: Translate functional requirements into technical deliverables.
  
• Agile Delivery: Handle release planning, manage scrum teams, and ensure timely and quality delivery.
  
• Process Development: Establish and optimize processes to enhance development efficiency and quality.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in front-end architecture.
  
• Proficiency in React.js development.
  
• Experience with micro front-end architecture.
  
• Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
  
• Proficiency in release planning and delivery ownership.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Java.
  
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
