Responsibilities Main function of job: As a Change Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT changes, monitoring processes and systems technology to deliver a consistent level of service to our Global business. Relationships: Responsible to: Digital Experience Senior Manager Liaison with: DWF Group Main Duties: Leading on change management initiatives across the business. Assess and analyse the impact of changes on the IT department and the business ensuring that this aligns to our objectives. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement from stakeholders across the business. Ensure effective communication and collaboration takes place with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and support for the changes Provide training, coaching, and guidance to IT staff and users on the new processes, systems, and tools. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the change management initiatives and report on the outcomes. Provide updates on change success/ failure to Senior Management on a regular basis highlighting the impact to the business. Identify and manage risks and issues related to the changes and escalate to Senior Management as needed. Ensure that all change projects are implemented within specific timeframes and are executed and confirmed within pre-agreed budget. Ensure effective communication is provided to the business should change affect downtime and restrict services to system access. Collate change information via a report and communicate by email all changes that have taken place. Chair at least 2 meetings per week to communicate change implementation to agree and discuss any failed changes with Finance, HR, IT, Workplace and any affected teams. Manage and agree any change freeze with the business and communicate to appropriate and affected parties.
