Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Operation Theater (OT) department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
  
• Supervise a team of nurses, technicians, and other support staff to ensure high-quality patient care during surgeries and procedures.
  
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and standards for OT management to maintain compliance with hospital regulations.
  
• Collaborate with medical teams to plan and coordinate surgical schedules, ensuring timely completion of cases while minimizing delays.
  
• Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement in OT operations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience as an OT Manager or equivalent role in a reputed hospital setting.
  
• Proven track record of excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Strong knowledge of operation theatre management principles, including sterilization techniques, infection control measures, and patient safety protocols.
