Billing Executive - Warehouse

Roles and Responsibilities- Billing Executive :

1. Responsible for Sales order entry in software/ ERP

2. Making challans, e-way bills, credit note, debit note, goods return/receive notes

3. Sales invoice generation and proforma invoice through software

4. Verification of Bill and materials before giving to customers

5. Interaction with sales team

6. Daily/weekly/monthly Sales report generation

7. Stock updation and review in hard as well as soft copy

8. Coordinating and scheduling trucks for pickup and delivery of goods

9. Track inventory levels including warehouse store items.

10. Physical stock taking and updating

11. MIS report related to warehouse.

Experience-

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience of billing through software

Should have good working experience in MS office/ Tally ERP and emails etc.
