Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for our retail staff across Coco, Franchise and General Trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to ensure our teams provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive training programs for retail staff, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and leadership development.
Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats, including in-person workshops, virtual training, and e-learning modules.
Needs Assessment: Analyze training needs in collaboration with store managers and senior leadership to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training initiatives.
Performance Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics; use data to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Coaching & Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching to retail employees and managers, supporting their professional growth and skill enhancement.
Training Material Creation: Develop training manuals, presentations, and other educational content; ensure materials are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, HR, and product teams to ensure training programs support overall business objectives and reflect product updates.
Compliance Training: Ensure all training programs adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
Budget Management: Manage the training budget, including scheduling, material costs, and external training providers.
Technology Utilization: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) to track employee progress and manage training resources efficiently.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional training certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in retail training and development, with a proven track record of successful training program implementation.
