Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

The D&B Processing executive role is highly significant which demands meticulousness and precision. The role requires candidates with scrupulousness and sharp attention to detailing. This position involves checking of documents/ requirements of the customer with utmost diligence and delivered in timely manner.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds and maintain excellent client connect.
  • Understand the requirement of the customer to undertake processing of the request.
  • Liaising with stakeholders of D&B to facilitate the information flow for preparation of reports.
  • Partners effectively build connect with domestic and international D&B stakeholders to build better synergy and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure highest levels of controls and compliances are adhered to while meeting fulfillment of reports.
  • Understanding the datapoints in the report to address queries of the customer and provide correct substantial, accurate and satisfactory explanation/response to the customer.
  • Create an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate or Post-graduation with 2-6 years of relevant experience
  • Good communication skills

SKILL SETS

  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment
  • Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort
  • Highly customer-focused and result-oriented
  • Strong Influencing and collaboration abilities
