Role & responsibilities -

• Handling client queries & resolving them on time within SLA
• Handling escalations & doing RCA to provide corrective & preventive solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain & improve services
• Building relationships with the clients & understanding their needs & requirements to deliver customized solutions
• Delivering information about the company's offerings & assisting clients with product / service enquiries, ensuring client satisfaction & delightful experience.
• Perform regular Monthly Business Reviews post doing detailed performance analytics.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, providing feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and better service offerings.
• Provide services to existing clients, working closely with the sales team.

Track and analyze client performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving their logistics operations.

Preferred candidate profile -

• 2-4 years experience in the field of Sales, Customer success, Operations Tracking, Relationship management in the B2B industry; Logistics industry experience will be an added advantage
• Customer-oriented and focused
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS-Office
• Graduate / MBA
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients & cross functional teams
• Data - oriented with analytical thinking & systematic approach
• Active listener with strong verbal & written skills
• Time management and organization skills, and ability to operate under strict deadline
