Role & responsibilities

• Possess Good Presentation & negotiation skills
• 5+ years experience in on ground customer relations and problem solving skills
• Post sales coordination in real estate industry.
• Adept at negotiating and handling high end customers for their home purchase.
• Prepare and give presentations and sales information to clients. 
• Ensure network, customer facilitation, and Project coordination when required
• Have basic experience in facilities and community management in apartment.
• should be able to lead a team
