For our office in Trivandrum dSPACE is looking for enthusiastic, creative, and well-rounded professionals. You will work in an exciting career journey, handling from employee intake to the entire employee life cycle.


We are offering a position, as an HR Executive where you will be a key member of the Human Resource department and will have a crucial role in leading all the HR activities and various HR projects.

Your Tasks:

An HR Executive handles the effective operation and execution of the internal HR system. The role primarily falls from identifying the right talent and taking care of the entire talent life cycle within the organization. The HR Executive is also involved in developing and implementing new company policies along with assisting in all the HR functions. A detailed work profile is mentioned below in the HR Executive job description.


  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle, drafting job descriptions, involve sourcing, negotiating job offer and compensation and onboarding of the candidate.
  • Implement company policies, prepare for audit and generate periodic reports.
  • Input records of the personnel, maintain and update records in human resources systems.
  • Connect and communicate with employees to ensure smooth implementation of company operations and policies, identify ground realities, and propose initiatives to reduce employee disengagement.
  • Conduct Employee Engagement activities including Monthly/Quarterly events, Festive celebrations, Sports day, Annual day etc.
  • Update yourself with current statutory requirements related to HR and ensure regulatory compliance are met at all times.
  • Overseeing the execution of training programs and maintaining training records and materials.
  • Identifying external HR vendors and collaborating with them to fulfil the companys employee requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Masters in Business Administration (HR specialization), preferably with a B. Tech degree.
  • Min 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Must possess excellent communication both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills. • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all matters.
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and strong ownership skills
