Head-IT Infrastructure

• Guiding and overseeing the delivery of infrastructure services which includes Enterprise Cloud Data Centres, Network, Collaboration Services End User Computing and Audit and Infosec by ensuring forever availability of Technology Infrastructure and security.
• Solution architect from Infra perspective including Hardware, Software (OS), Backup, Storage, Exchange, Virtualisation and Network for the technology solution deployments.
• Overseeing compliance and Infosec through Ciso and managing governance and information security, Sebi circulars and Soc.
• Monitor and manage routine IT operations by collaborating all domain owners, stakeholder and vendors.
• Identify and deploy new technology solutions to bring speed and efficiency for the application landscape.
• Manage capacity planning and disaster recovery ensuring compliance for the Infrastructure.
• In still a continuous improvement culture based on quantifiable metrics and root cause analysis.
• Responsible for Incident Management / Problem Management / Change Management process adherence.

What skills do you need to possess

• Experience with information technology infrastructure, Data Centre and Cloud Management, Collaboration Systems, IT Service Management (ITSM), Server Operating Systems, Network, Internet Architecture and Security, Desktop and Application Virtualization technologies.
• Sound Knowledge of core Microsoft technologies (Windows, AD, Printing), MS Exchange, Messaging (Mail and MDM solutions), Server Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Nutanix), Storage solutions (Netapp), Backup solutions, Archival Solutions, Web technologies, Windows / Linux OS is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to handle both the big picture and crucial technical decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate a large organisation.

What is the prior experience needed

• 18 - 20 years of relevant experience

What qualification you should have

• Education in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent from IIT/NIT/BITS/ IIIT/DCE or reputed university.
