Regional Head - Fixed Income

Job Description:

- Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through internal and external client network.

- This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and strong interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver personalized solutions.

- Dealing in various long & short term Debt instruments of corporate bonds in primary and secondary market.

- Offering various corporate bonds, government securities, state government securities to Provident Fund, Family Offices, HNI, Sub broker / IFA and Corporates.

- Sourcing of SLR and Non SLR securities from Banks, Primary Dealers & Institutions.

- Building relationship with clients and partners.

- Managing a team of Fixed Income advisors/RMs and coordinating internally with the other businesses.

- Achieve the business targets in terms of volume and revenue both.

- Work to expand the market reach for Fixed Income products.
