The Technical Product Manager at Civica plays a vital role in bringing our product strategy to life, seamlessly aligning our strategic goals with daily development activities. This position is dedicated to driving innovation in cutting-edge cloud-based, mobile, and AI-enhanced solutions. You will work closely with the Product Manager to tackle trade-off decisions amidst competing priorities, resource constraints, and technical hurdles.

In this role, you'll engage with a wide array of stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams to drive effective product development. Additionally, you will harness data and metrics to guide product decisions, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

You'll get the chance to dive into exciting activities like managing the Product Backlog, overseeing Agile Process Management, enjoying Continuous Discovery, fostering collaboration with stakeholders, and helping to define and prioritize features.

- The capacity to prioritize effectively to maximize the delivery of customer value is vital.

- A solid technical foundation in cloud-based software solutions is anticipated.

- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications.

- Ability to adapt flexibly to evolving market conditions, customer requirements, and business

priorities.

- Experience working in geographically distributed teams (you'll need to be prepared to connect with our UK teams so can manage working across different timezones).

- Background in market research, competitive analysis, and market trend assessment.

- Acquaintance with UX design principles and human-centered design methodologies.
