Operations Executive (Telugu or Kannda)

Role & responsibilities :

MUST COMMUNICATE IN ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES IS MANDATORY : TELUGU & KANNADA

The Operations Profile (Exam Coordinator) position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service. In this position, you will be required:

1. To comply with all the installation & testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies.

2. To record all the incidents occurs in the execution of the project.

3. Coordinate with the people on the field through various ways and ensure the delivery.

4. Download the projects reports as proof of execution and completion of the project- and keep the record, ensure 100% collection of the reports.

5. Ensure the closure of the test centres.

6. Provide support to the logistics by coordinating with exam body whenever required.

7. To represent the organization in examination body by visiting their office.

8. To meet officials in the examination bodies and ensure the information flow with reporting the same to company.

9. Preparation of database and Conduction of Examination.

10. Maintain Exam documentation, records and reports.

11. Candidate must be self-motivator and should be able to work single handedly.

Preferred candidate profile : Candidates based in Bhopal or nearby Bhopal region can apply.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.

• UG: Graduation in Any Specialization
• PG: Post Graduation in Any Specialization/ Not mandatory
• Minimum 0- 3+ years of Experience is preferred.
• Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred
• Must be flexible in work hours and days.
• Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Google Drive)
