Position: Business Manager - Export
Role Description: Business Manager will be responsible for the overall business performance for assigned Country/ies Markets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proactive and positive approach towards assigned challenges
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Understanding of export business, Modern Trade etc. is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business performance for the assigned Territory/ies.
- Business planning & execution of the business & sales plan
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of business goals
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Developing business management goals and objectives aligned with company objectives
- Relationship management with all the stakeholders - Importer, distributor, vendors, team member (on/ off role), retailers/ super markets/ e-commerce companies etc.
- Responsible for smooth business transaction and implementation of the business plan
- Preparation and submission of reports including Gather, analyse and interpret external and internal data and write reports including challenges and opportunities etc.
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Hiring, trainings, and evaluates employees for the assigned market.
