Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow small accounts in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with small accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Present and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor account performance and achieve sales targets.
- Handle client queries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and present them effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
