Job Description
- Graduate with 1-5 years of work experience
- Good communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to controll and monitor all the required functions 4. Ability to work under least supervision.
- To seed the next potential One Drishtee (Swavlamban ) location in the assigned cluster.
- To achieve the target of activating 15 Banking Kiosk Centres during the probation period.
- Establishing good relationships with Bank s SBI RBO, DSH & Link Branches / BOB ROs/PNB CO s.
- Visit/Coordinate/Attend Meetings at SBI /BOB/PNB Local head office based out in your areas as and when required.
- Appointment of Kiosk operators in allocated Urban/Semi Urban/Rural locations of your Area of work.
- Ensuring proper selection of CSP location & Kiosk Operator with vision of business sustainability.
- Responsible for ensuring completion & submission of documents at the Bank s office for opening CSPs points.
- Working towards increasing business performance of CSP s month on month.
- Achieving Business Targets within time frame as set by the RHQ/HQ.
- Controlling & Proper monitoring of CSP s to avoid Frauds.
- Any other work; as and when required pertaining to the Financial Inclusion business
